Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team via email or phone with the order details and reason for cancellation. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns

At KWIK SAFE, customer satisfaction is our priority. Eligible products may be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels and seals intact.

Refunds
